The paper addresses the final results of a brazilian doctoral research developed at civilian Air Navigation environments (2011-2014), withpartial results already presented at past ISAPs (2011-2015). The study adopted a qualitative, systemic and anticipatory approach to increase metacognition about Team Resource Management (TRM) Training abilities, focused to Threat and Error Management (TEM) practice, with the main purpose of reinforcingoperational safety as a whole.
